Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech therapy services in an educational setting. This full-time role focuses on working with secondary students, specifically in middle and high school environments.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Work Schedule: 4 days per week

Caseload: 40-60 students

Student Demographics: Secondary (Middle/High School)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to the unique communication needs of secondary students.
  • Design and execute individualized treatment plans while conducting assessments to track student progress.
  • Engage collaboratively with educators, parents, and school personnel to enhance students' academic and social achievements.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the formulation and assessment of IEP objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student advancements.
  • Develop and implement effective interventions customized for middle and high school students.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience with secondary student populations is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively with students, educational staff, and families.
