About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Psychiatry Account Manager. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatry portfolio and driving sales performance. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Drive sales performance and growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales experience
  • Demonstrated intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams
  • Strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and computer literacy
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically

What We Offer:
Lundbeck offers a competitive salary range of $117,000 - $137,000, plus eligibility for a sales incentive target of $37,500. Benefits include flexible paid time off, health benefits, company match 401k, and company car.
