  • ACI MTS Expertise: The candidate should have hands-on experience working with all components of ACI MTS, including MCAS, Inter systems communications, UPF, Control Center, and core MTS. They should be capable of handling deployments, configurations, and patches.
  • ISO 20022 Compliance: The client requires someone who has prior experience in ensuring that ACI MTS is compliant with ISO 20022 standards, particularly with CHIPS, FedWire, and SWIFT CBPR+. The candidate must be familiar with the upcoming FedWire changes.
  • Payments Processing Knowledge: The candidate must understand the architecture of SWIFT CBPR+, CHIPS, and FedWire, ensuring compliance and proper integration with these systems.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong Proficiency: The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Oracle 11g or higher, shell scripting (bash, ksh), IBM MQ, XML, and XSDs.
  • ACI MTS Technology Stack: Knowledge of the ACI MTS technology stack is essential, especially in the context of payments.
  • Integration Experience: They should have experience integrating ACI MTS with other platforms, including sanctions screening, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and payments data stores.
  • Project Management: The candidate must have project management skills to lead initiatives related to ACI MTS, including system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.
  • Compliance and Security: The client is looking for someone who can ensure that ACI MTS meets relevant compliance standards and can perform regular audits for security and optimization.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • SWIFT Alliance Access/Gateway: Additional expertise in integrating with SWIFT Alliance Access/Gateway would be a plus.
  • Multi-format Messaging: Knowledge of multi-format messaging in SWIFT CBPR+ would be beneficial.
  • MTS Data Model: A working knowledge of the data model for MTS would be an asset.
