Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to fill a travel position in Westminster, Maryland.

Job Requirements:

A reputable Outpatient Clinic is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist to join their team for a contract assignment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing a treatment plan to achieve specific goals. They will also educate patients and families on physical therapy methods and document patient progress.

Requirements:

  • Must have graduated from an accredited school.
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
