We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Participate in special events and assist with setup and cleanup.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding facility needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
