Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient symptoms and medical history to diagnose and treat various cardiovascular conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote seamless transitions between healthcare services.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cardiology, ICU, ER, or Telemetry.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
