ER Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ER Nurse to join our team at UT Health Pittsburg in Pittsburg, TX. This is a night shift, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment. They will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to prevent complications and promote recovery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current Texas RN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan, we also offer:
