We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Pearly Whites Family Dentistry. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional oral health care services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene and continuing education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in OR and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
