Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses:
  • Valid New Jersey Licensed Practical Nursing License
  • Experience in Long Term Care is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
  • Admit new residents and ensure their comfort
  • Assist physicians during rounds and in resident care
  • Delegate tasks to non-licensed nursing personnel
  • Monitor and evaluate resident care, providing supervision to nursing staff
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of residents' health and well-being
  • Clearly explain treatment procedures and protocols to residents
