Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Peru. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving their complimentary breakfast.

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including setting up breakfast items and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
• Bus and clean tables, straighten chairs, and properly arrange the furniture to maintain a clean and organized breakfast area.
• Make fresh coffee as needed, restock drink and food items, and other supplies to ensure a seamless breakfast experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, empty trash receptacles, and dispose of all drink and food items and supplies in accordance with health codes.
• Thank guests as they depart and ensure they have a positive experience.

• Receive supplies, date, and rotate stock to ensure a smooth operation.
• Complete and record inventory on the inventory sheet to maintain accurate records.
• Follow hotel operational procedures to ensure orders are placed for items that are below par levels.
• Process guest invocations of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee per hotel standards.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• Friendly demeanor and good customer service skills needed.
• Previous experience in customer-based business preferred.
