Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team at Physician Empire. As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you will provide high-quality care to our youngest patients in a community hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care in the newborn nursery and inpatient pediatric unit
- Work in a shared schedule with another Pediatric Hospitalist, covering in-house shifts and taking call from home
- Participate in our Family Medicine Residency Program by precepting residents and students on pediatric rotations
Requirements:
- General pediatrician with a desire to care for newborns and inpatients
- Ability to work in a shared schedule and take call from home
- Experience in precepting residents and students

About Our Hospital:
Our hospital features a 23-bed level I newborn nursery and an 8-bed level II care unit. Our nursing staff is certified in NRP and STABLE, and we have a 10-bed pediatric unit with telemetry capability and certified nursing staff in PALS and ACLS.
