  • Collaborate closely with the Program Launch Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts of parts, managing and updating the inventory tracking system.
  • Provide consistent inventory updates to the program team.
  • Follow up with designated champions regarding delayed part deliveries.
  • Escalate any part shortages to the launch manager for prompt resolution.
  • Oversee and maintain inventory control in assigned areas and racks.
  • Print and affix missing labels, ensuring accurate labeling on all containers.
  • Verify that approved and rejected parts are clearly labeled according to standards.
  • Ensure that the correct quantities and appropriate Julian dates/QL/Buy-Off parts are available at the assembly cell.
  • Manage obsolete revisions and non-conforming products by placing them on hold in designated areas with standard labels.
  • Purge the assembly area of any obsolete revisions or non-conforming products.
  • Prepare leftover parts for shipment, ensuring proper labeling before dispatch.
  • Work in collaboration with the Integrator's shipping and receiving team.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly within a Materials department, is highly advantageous.
