Venteon is seeking a dedicated Parts Inventory Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate closely with the Program Launch Manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts of parts, managing and updating the inventory tracking system.
- Provide consistent inventory updates to the program team.
- Follow up with designated champions regarding delayed part deliveries.
- Escalate any part shortages to the launch manager for prompt resolution.
- Oversee and maintain inventory control in assigned areas and racks.
- Print and affix missing labels, ensuring accurate labeling on all containers.
- Verify that approved and rejected parts are clearly labeled according to standards.
- Ensure that the correct quantities and appropriate Julian dates/QL/Buy-Off parts are available at the assembly cell.
- Manage obsolete revisions and non-conforming products by placing them on hold in designated areas with standard labels.
- Purge the assembly area of any obsolete revisions or non-conforming products.
- Prepare leftover parts for shipment, ensuring proper labeling before dispatch.
- Work in collaboration with the Integrator's shipping and receiving team.
Required Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient in Office 365 applications.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly within a Materials department, is highly advantageous.
