Midlevel Lawyer

They are seeking a midlevel associate to join their team, someone who has a strong background in complex litigation and can handle substantial matter responsibility. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in ERISA benefits, medical provider disputes, and/or insurance coverage disputes. The role involves making court appearances, managing discovery, participating in depositions, and drafting briefs on critical motions. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience are essential. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus, and admission to bars in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Connecticut is preferred, though not required.
