Physician Assistant Opportunity with Competitive Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic and respected practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Perform various medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of a physician
- Educate patients and their families on the nature of their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide direct patient care within your scope of practice and under the supervision of a physician
- Assist in surgical procedures, including preoperative and postoperative care
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and other medical treatments as prescribed
- Conduct patient follow-ups to evaluate treatment effectiveness and address any concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferably with experience in orthopedic or wound care setting
- Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
