Job Title: Emergency Department Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Technician to join our team at Trinity Health. As an ED Technician, you will play a vital role in providing technical support for patient care in the emergency room setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, communicate, and document patient data and information
  • Perform diagnostic testing, surveillance, and monitoring
  • Assist with and perform treatments and procedures
  • Maintain medical equipment and supplies
  • Assist with transportation of patients, supplies, specimens, and medications
  • Respond to emergencies, including initiation of emergency measures

Requirements:

  • Current licensure by the Maryland State Board for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or EMT license
  • High School Diploma
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum one-year experience as CNA, corpsman, or EMT/paramedic
