Job Description

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on financial systems, including configuration, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial system requirements and determine necessary configuration and process changes.
  • Participate in the configuration of financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to validate financial system functionality.
  • Create and maintain accurate and detailed system documentation, including end-user, functional, and technical guides.
  • Provide exceptional user support, including helpdesk and training services, to ensure smooth system adoption and utilization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Federal financial systems, with a strong background in technical lead or functional lead roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with CGI Momentum Software Suite 6.x or higher, with a preference for 1 year or more of experience with 7.x.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Accounting from an accredited college/university, or commensurate experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, as well as Adobe Acrobat and data analytic tools.

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and prioritize tasks.
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities, with a strong focus on meeting project milestones and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities, with a strong emphasis on flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality.
