Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our Warranty Return Center (WRC) in Renton, Washington. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving shipments, inspecting package contents, storing and staging parts, and shipping outgoing product. They will also facilitate testing of incoming parts and ensure that outgoing product is documented and shipped to the correct end location.

Key Responsibilities
- Receiving: Receive shipments, sign paperwork upon receipt, unload packages from incoming trucks, and inspect package contents to verify product is undamaged and sent in compliance with division warranty policies.
- Storing and Staging: Label incoming packages, enter associated claim and part information in WRC Tracker, allocate parts to their designated place, and fill testing stations as needed.
- Shipping: Package items ensuring product will not be damaged in transit, accurately document outgoing product package weight and dimensions, and ship outgoing product using the recipient's preferred carrier and lowest cost method.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience as a receiving clerk, shipping clerk, or warehouse coordinator. You should be able to lift up to 70 pounds and up to 150 pounds with accommodation. Experience operating forklifts and passing of certification exam is also preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with little guidance and supervision are essential.

Salary and Benefits
