About the Role:This is a full-time nursing position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with neurological injuries or impairments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neuro ICU care.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current valid Georgia nursing license or eNLC nursing license.
- Experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a neuro ICU setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
