Position Summary: We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Landscape Team Leader who possesses a strong work ethic and relevant industry experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our landscaping crew, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision and in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team members on-site.
  • Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to review design plans.
  • Guarantee that all work aligns with project specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Execute the installation of plant materials, trees, shrubs, mulch, and drainage systems.
  • Handle the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for landscaping projects.
  • Transport materials using various equipment and manual methods.
  • Operate machinery including excavators, skid steers, and hand tools.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and safety, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Capability to obtain a DOT medical card.
  • Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory landscaping role.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
