The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in PCBA modification, wire harness fabrication, and prototype hardware testing for the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support for PCBA rework and other electronics-related tasks
  • Collaborating with engineers and management to deliver high-quality results
  • Developing and implementing written instructions and documentation
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of IPC soldering standards and related technologies

Bachelor's degree or certificate in related field preferred. Current or recently expired certification in IPC soldering standards including 7711/7721, J-STD, and J-STD Space Applications required.
