Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Expert to join our team at Midas Tire & Auto Experts. As a B Tech, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance services, including inspections, diagnoses, and repairs.


Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing a thorough visual safety and courtesy inspection.
  • Performs tests on specific parts and systems to determine whether they are operating properly.
  • Mounting, balancing and rotating tires
  • Replacing batteries
  • Changing bulbs, belts and hoses
  • Repairs or replaces malfunctioning parts and systems such as but not limited to brake pads, belts, tires and water pumps.
  • Performs routine and preventative maintenance including oil changes and tune-ups.
  • Ability to work on more complex jobs with some assistance such as diagnostics.
  • Test drive vehicles to confirm that repairs have been made properly.
  • Maintaining and cleaning shop areas
  • Willingness to learn and grow as a technician
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
