Job Summary:

As a Server at The Melting Pot, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining positive guest relations. This includes suggesting wine and food products, following service sequences, and serving products according to standards and procedures. You will also establish professional, hospitable rapport with each guest you serve and comply with local alcoholic beverage laws. Additionally, you will account for every product served and strive to exceed guests' expectations, making their evening extra special. Your duties will also include performing opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive dining experience
  • Suggestively sell wine and food products to guests
  • Follow all service sequences and serve products according to standards and procedures
  • Establish professional, hospitable rapport with each guest you serve
  • Comply with local alcoholic beverage laws
  • Account for every product served
  • Exceed guests' expectations and make their evening extra special
  • Perform opening, running, and closing sidework assignments


Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
