Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Endodontist to join our team as a Dental Care Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading our dental team, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the dental team, ensuring positive patient experiences and excellent care.
• Communicate effectively with team members to promote understanding of patient needs.
• Examine patients' oral cavities, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform root canals, treat dental trauma, and conduct medical research on diseases.
• Perform surgical procedures on hard and soft tissues in the oral cavity.
• Educate patients on oral and dental hygiene.
• Manage cases with out-of-the-ordinary dental health problems, including patients with behavioral issues.

Requirements

• Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university.
• Licensed in the state of Wisconsin or eligible for licensure.
• Uphold a positive and charismatic chairside manner.
• Maintain a strong dedication to quality patient care.
