Position Overview

We are currently in search of a Computer User Support Specialist (Senior-Level) to enhance our team.

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • This is a non-remote position with a relocation incentive available

In the role of Computer User Support Specialist, you will deliver exceptional support to a diverse user base exceeding three hundred individuals, addressing their needs in hardware, software, networking, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address user issues promptly, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software challenges
  • Set up new computers and manage the relocation of existing systems
  • Ensure compliance with information management protocols
  • Identify and repair hardware and software malfunctions
  • Develop, test, and deploy new software solutions and updates
  • Coordinate video teleconferencing events

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Possession of a DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • IAT Level II Certification is required
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Must obtain Computing Environment certification within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications: Active DoD Secret Security Clearance, familiarity with various technologies, and experience in a DoD environment are advantageous.

Security Clearance and Physical Requirements are applicable.
