Job Description

As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure their needs are met.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

  • Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
