Job Title: Restoration Technician

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at BluSky. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in responding to emergency situations and restoring properties to their original condition.

Job Summary:

The Restoration Technician is responsible for mitigating damage in residential and commercial structures, including water extraction, fire and smoke cleaning, and microbial remediation. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Water extraction and mitigation
  • Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
  • Microbial remediation
  • Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
  • Demolition
  • Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
  • Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
  • All other duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day
  • 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

Travel:

Occasional travel. (Less than 25% of the time.) Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.

Compensation:

BluSky offers a competitive base pay between $15 - $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes: a matching 401(k) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability, equipment appropriate to the position (i.e., laptop, smartphone, etc.), and corporate apparel allowance.
