Job Overview

Salary: $50,000 + DOE

Objective: Oversee the operational efficiency of the teller line and new accounts department while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves monitoring, adhering to, and enforcing banking policies and procedures. Responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment, supervision, and performance evaluation of operations staff. The position also promotes the bank's business initiatives and engages in community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teller and Customer Service Functions
  • Leadership and Oversight Duties

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities within the branch through proactive outreach.
  • Guide staff in implementing cross-selling strategies and exemplify expected behaviors.
  • Support the bank's sales goals by promoting fundamental products or referring clients to colleagues responsible for finalizing sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive starting salary of $50,000 + DOE. Previous experience in banking and management is highly desirable.
