Cath Lab Technologist Job Description

As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with procedures in the cath lab. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a cath lab setting
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling
  • Excellent communication skills to work with diverse personnel
  • Ability to provide and coordinate patient care
  • Transport patients as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
