Key Accountabilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain effective inventory control processes, including standard costing and cycle counting.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the Accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting or related field, with a strong focus on cost accounting.
  • Experience: Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite experience, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation Package: Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
