About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at TerraBella Asheboro. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a strong understanding of production methods, portion control, and food handling safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare hot and cold menu items using various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and presentation.
  • Ensure the proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and standardized recipes.
  • Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in senior living is preferred.
  • Experience with production methods, portion control, and food handling safety is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Great communication skills and ability to work weekends.
