We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Vista Community Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and a commitment to improving the health conditions of individuals and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct primary care and ambulatory outpatient care to clinic patients
- Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical care
- Provide in-service training to clinic staff to increase staff awareness and facilitate better patient care
- CA license required
- 1-year experience in an ambulatory care setting required
- Experience in FQHC preferred
- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $260,000 to $285,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation package. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and a 403b retirement savings plan.
