Culinary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Assistant to join our team at Asbury Communities. As a key member of our dining services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation for our residents.

• Assist in the preparation of simple recipes for hot and cold food items, ensuring optimal quality and presentation.
• Batch cook items as designated on production sheets, adhering to established standards.
• Inform the Chef of any recipe or production sheet modifications and potential shortages.
• Provide guidance to attendants on menu offerings and changes.
• Maintain high standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of experience as a line cook or prep cook.
