Position OverviewThis position demands a unique combination of technical proficiency and client relationship management. A comprehensive understanding of the private equity fund sector and its services is crucial, ideally acquired through relevant training or professional experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for navigating accounting and financial issues at both granular and strategic levels. Furthermore, strong leadership and organizational skills are vital for effective task prioritization and team collaboration.
QualificationsIdeal candidates will possess 3-4 years of experience in accounting or securities operations, complemented by 5-6 years in private equity fund accounting or administration, demonstrating a trajectory of increasing responsibilities. A minimum of 3 years in client-facing roles or similar positions is also required. We are looking for individuals with leadership potential, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive mindset, along with expertise in accounting, private equity markets, and proficiency in Investran and MS Suite applications (Excel/Access/Word) at an intermediate to advanced level.
