Project Architect Job Description

Spherion Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team in Fargo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction process for assigned projects, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction Management and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. You will be responsible for developing project documents, communicating with clients, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project documents during the design, bidding, and construction phases
  • Communicate project-related issues and decisions to clients
  • Assist with project presentations to clients and others as required
  • Meet established project budgets and schedules
  • Implement project quality control measures
  • Coordinate with the construction team on a day-to-day basis during the construction phase of the project
  • Effectively utilize technical software, including Revit
  • Provide professional interaction with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 5 years of architect experience and licensure
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Software experience with Revit
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and diplomacy
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
