The compensation structure is based on a piece rate per ton for each completed installation. Our projects span various communities, providing ample opportunities for skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret mechanical blueprints and floor plans.
  • Install and braze residential HVAC units with precision.
  • Secure and tape flexible ductwork to boot boxes and transitions.
  • Install all thermostat and sensor wiring as required.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Experience in new construction rough-in and installation.
  • Familiarity with trim and startup processes is advantageous.
  • Reliability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Possession of personal tools is essential.
  • Strong understanding of job site safety protocols and completion of safety orientations.
