Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where working.
- Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in the area of Progressive Care Unit.
- Knowledge of nursing theory, practice, and age-specific needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
