Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that all merchandise and products received at the store are processed in accordance with established programs and procedures.
  • Store Presentation: Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards to create an attractive store environment.
  • Logistics and Operations: Assist with the unloading of trucks, processing of freight, execution of transfers, and other related tasks.
  • Customer Experience: Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and create an inclusive store environment.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ensures Accountability, Customer-Focus, Collaborative, Instills Trust, Decision-Quality/Decision-Making Abilities, and Action-Oriented.
