Position Overview:
As a Retail Merchandise Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of receiving and merchandising. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing receiving and merchandising protocols while ensuring team efficiency.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through active engagement and maintaining store organization.
  • Modeling outstanding customer service practices.
  • Coordinating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing for the sales floor.
  • Training and mentoring team members on established merchandising techniques.
  • Ensuring merchandise is accurately tagged, displayed, and secured.
  • Communicating effectively with the Coordinator on Duty to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitoring team productivity and providing coaching as needed.
  • Organizing back stock for easy access and replenishment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards in the backroom.
  • Ensuring compliance with recycling and hazardous waste protocols.
  • Providing constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
  • Collaborating with management on training needs to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Adhering to all labor laws and company policies.
  • Promoting safety awareness and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.


Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Flexible with their schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.
  • Strong communicators with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptable to changes and unexpected situations.
  • Team-oriented, collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy items, with or without accommodation.
  • Experienced in retail, with at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Compensation:
