We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Thom Child & Family Services in Lowell, MA. This rewarding opportunity is ideal for those passionate about working with the pediatric population (children birth to 3 years) and making a difference in the lives of families.

The successful candidate will provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers who have or are at risk for developmental delays and their families. You will partner with parents/caregivers to ensure service delivery is individualized, meaningful for the family, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Through this collaborative process, you will ensure families' priorities, needs, culture, and values are prioritized.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $75,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefit package that includes:

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess client developmental status, provide direct services and activities developmentally appropriate for children 0-3 and their families, and participate in the development of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

The ideal candidate will possess current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions, experience with infants, toddlers, and families, knowledge of family systems and early childhood development, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual/Bicultural candidates are also encouraged to apply.
