Structural Engineer Job Description

Stealth Recruiting Services is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing modular buildings, ensuring they meet all required building codes, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze modular buildings using STAAD and other structural analysis software
  • Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is carried out according to the design
  • Provide technical advice and solutions to complex engineering problems
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, familiar with building permitting, and building codes
  • Proficiency in STAAD and/or other structural analysis software
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
