Job Overview: HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Professional to join our team at Samaritan Health Services. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
About the Role: As a member of our rehabilitation team, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including neurological disorders, balance and dizziness issues, and wheelchair seating needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with complex medical conditions requiring multidisciplinary care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Provide education and support to patients and families on condition management and self-care techniques
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- CURRENT UNENCUMBERED OREGON PHYSICAL THERAPY LICENSE REQUIRED UPON SUBMISSION
- HEALTHCARE PROVIDER LEVEL AHA BLS REQUIRED UPON SUBMISSION
- Able to travel to multiple points of care
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
