Job Summary
We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Server and Support Specialist to join our team at Bowlero. As a Server and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and delivering them promptly to guests.

Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver them efficiently
- Review orders for accuracy, process payments, and make change as needed
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance as required
- Clean tables and return dishes to the kitchen/bar area
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including setting up and stocking necessary supplies
- Learn the menu and provide recommendations to guests as needed
