We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at Ascension Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines, ensuring a well-coordinated and effective care plan.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire.
