Nurse LPN Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a skilled Nurse LPN to join our Employee Health Service team. As a key member of our team, you will provide nursing services to employees and administer first aid to those who become ill or injured on the premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing services to employees under the supervision of an RN
  • Administer first aid to employees and others who become ill or injured on the premises
  • Assist with management of Workers Compensation claims and health-related programs
  • Work as a liaison with the safety department
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals and drug screens
  • Coordinate and participate in various health and wellness programs
  • Secure medical files and maintain HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice in Arkansas
  • At least one year of experience as an LPN
  • CPR certified
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Customer service oriented
