Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse at Frye Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare teams
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing education on health and wellness
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state RN license
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital setting
