The company manages four renowned mountains—Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk—offering exceptional recreational, cultural, and natural experiences. Additionally, Aspen Skiing Company operates the acclaimed Aspen Snowmass Ski & Snowboard School, Four Mountain Sports rental and retail outlets, and a selection of sustainably sourced dining options on the mountains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely navigate the shuttle along designated routes while adhering to the schedule and local traffic laws.
  • Welcome and assist employees and guests, providing information about the resort's amenities, including snow conditions and available activities.
  • Maintain the shuttle's cleanliness and functionality by performing routine checks and cleaning tasks.
  • Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Keep a daily log of ridership and submit it regularly.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading their equipment.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid CDL license with a passenger endorsement.
  • Experience driving shuttles in winter conditions is preferred.
  • Background in customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the resort and surrounding area is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Prior experience operating a shuttle for 14 or more passengers is preferred.
Work Environment

This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. The role involves working in various weather conditions, necessitating the use of protective gear.
