Job Title: RN - Ambulatory Care Nurse Practitioner

Overview
Atrium Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for an ambulatory care position. As a member of our team, you will provide professional nursing care to patients in various outpatient settings. This is a PRN FLOAT position, requiring Monday through Friday availability from 8am to 5pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
The RN Clinical Nurse I/Ambulatory plays a vital role in maintaining patient care quality. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to promote health and safety. Our ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with healthcare consumers, delegate tasks to appropriate personnel, and collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Physical Demands:
This role requires the ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, stoop, bend, push, and pull. You must be able to lift and support up to 35 pounds, possess good verbal communication skills, and have intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch. Critical thinking and concentration are essential for this position, as well as the ability to respond quickly to changing situations.

Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you must hold a Graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing, preferably a BSN. Current RN licensure or a temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner is required, as well as Basic Life Support certification per policy guidelines. Physical Abilities Testing may also be necessary.

Estimated Salary: $65,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
