Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed to support maintenance and repair activities.
  • Enter data into maintenance systems accurately and in a timely manner to support reporting and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
  • Experience with machine repair and maintenance, including welding and cutting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic prints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Strong workbench and computer skills, including proficiency with meter usage and measurement techniques.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on maintenance and repair.
  • May require CPR and first aid training, as well as lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space training.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley and Allen Bradley PLC systems is a plus.
