We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Custom Millwork Assembler to join our team at Patriot Custom Millworks (D.B.A. Champion Millworks). As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating custom millwork products, including wood, MDF, and PVC components.
Responsibilities- Assemble and fabricate custom millwork products, including cutting, shaping, and assembling wood and other materials.
- Work collaboratively with our team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Operate various power tools and equipment, including table saws, miter saws, and sanders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet our high standards.
- 1+ year of experience in woodworking, assembly, or a related field.
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment, including table saws, miter saws, and sanders.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
- Fully paid health insurance after 90 days.
