Job Summary

Gary's Wine & Marketplace is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Internet Fulfillment Team as a Wine Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders flawlessly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently process internet orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed promptly.
  • Pull and prepare items for orders as requested, verifying the correct vintage and type of wine is selected.
  • Pack, label, and ship orders to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage pickup orders for a seamless customer experience.
  • Process customer transactions with precision, ensuring each customer is properly identified.
  • Communicate with customers to provide outstanding support, ensuring complete and timely resolution of any inquiries.
Requirements
  • A strong sense of customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Vision POS.
